Short-term joint staff training events

This activity is important for 2 aspects:
1) It will aim to get to know partners’ each other, review the project’s objectives, 1st year’s activities, methodology, specific tasks of partners, means of Project’s Visibility, Project Website Design, Etwinning / Twinspace portal, Budget Management, Data Collection tools, Outputs, Dissemination Plan.
2) The staff training at hosting Kindergarten will aim to provide the participants with knowledge and skills to integrate outdoor education activities in their Nature Education program.

DAY 1
Official greeting of the guests– children's performance for guests
Partners' presentations on their institution
Visiting the kindergarten
Outdoor show lesson in a field of nature (bilingual education) with 6-year-old children in the garden
Coordinator presentation – main aims of the project
DAY 2
Trip with 5-year-old children to Nature-Forest Educational Centre for educational classes in Rogów
Visiting an Arboretum and Alpinarium with a guide in Rogów
Participating in outdoor classes with children
Visit in fully ecological communal (building) kindergarten in Rogów
Visit in the Poznanski Palace
DAY 3
Visiting Wieliczka – world-class monument entered as one of the first 12 objects on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List
Way to Cracow – the former capital of Poland
Walk in Starówka
DAY 4
Common trip with the integrated group of 3-6 years old and educational classes in the Palm House in Lodz
Visiting with the guide Księży Młyn and Herbst’s Palace
Participation in educational classes led by teachers from PM206 in the field of ecology and ICT
Organisational discussion – led by the coordinator
Gala dinner
DAY 5
Fair discoverers – we organise together with parents fairs, and we invite their children who want to create and discover nature secrets
Visiting the Primary School from the neighbourhood
Methodology conference for
Polish teachers or visiting institutions connected with ecology
Farewell
